Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone who is a resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this giveaway.

How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter, entrants will need to "like" the flexiski Facebook or Instagram page and comment on the relevant Instagram or Facebook post on the same day the post was created, tagging one Facebook or Instagram friend in their post comment. The prize draw for each day's giveaway post will take place at 9am on the following day. If successful, entrants will be contacted via either Facebook or Instagram. Entrants have 24 hours to accept the prize by providing the Promoter with a valid email address, address and telephone number. Only one entry allowed per person per day. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flexiski.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy/. By entering this giveaway, you will not be providing consent to the Promoter to contact you for advertising and marketing purposes.

Dates: The giveaway series commences on Monday 16th December 2019 and finishes on Tuesday 24th December 2019. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on the individual giveaway day of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the giveaway.

Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

Prize(s): The winning entrant will win one of 9 separate prizes, offered as part of the Christmas Countdown giveaway series.

The prize must be taken as one package.

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. 

Selection of winners: The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Multiple entries under false names will not be accepted.

Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by Facebook or Instagram after 9am the day after entry with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Winner(s) details: Details of the winner(s), name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 24th December 2019 by writing to Flexiski, Mountain House, Station Road, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EX. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-giveaway publicity. 

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the giveaway in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In or any other channel used to promote it. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In accept no liability for this giveaway.
