Promoter’s Details: Flexiski is a trading name of is a brand of Hotelplan Ltd. Registered office: Mountain House, Station Road, Godalming, Surrey. GU7 1EX. Registered in England No: 350786.

Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone who is a resident in the UK, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older who has been on a ski holiday with flexiski between 1^st December 2019 and 30^th April 2020. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/flexiski1920/ and complete the survey regarding your ski holiday with flexiski. Only one entry allowed per person. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Entries will be verified against flexiski booking data.

Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flexiski.com/privacy-policy/. By entering this competition and checking the opt-in to marketing communications box, you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

Dates: The survey opens on Wednesday 18^th December 2019 and closes on Thursday 30^th April 2020. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 30^th April 2020. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the survey opening window.

Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

Prize(s): The winning entrant will win £250 towards their next flexiski ski holiday.

The prize cannot be split across multiple bookings.

The prize is valid for travel between 1^st December 2020 and 26^th April 2019, subject to availability. Must book accommodation as a minimum. Your holiday will be quoted at full price and then £250 will be removed from the total.

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

Selection of winners: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

Notification: The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by Friday the 29^th May 2020 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Winner(s) details: Details of the winners, name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 29^th May 2020 by writing to Flexiski, Mountain House, Station Road, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EX. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In or any other channel used to promote it. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In accept no liability for this competition.
