Overview of Rimrock Resort Hotel
The Rimrock Resort Hotel is perched on the mountainside 750 metres above Banff town with spectacular views of the surrounding Canadian Rockies and the hotel is pretty spectacular itself. Each room has views and the higher you get the better the view, for that reason alone it’s worth getting on the upper floors. The ideal base for a truely enjoyable ski holiday, Rimrock boasts luxury.
The Spa and pool area is fantastic with saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools to boot. Just outside the patio can get turned into an ice rink for winter if you’re lucky, so a quick skate before warming up beside the fire pits is a must. There are two impressive lounge areas, the Lackspur and Divas, to relax in or grab a drink and a light bite to eat next to the roaring log fires. The Primrose restaurant offers a more complete dining experience and if you fancy a treat the Eden restaurant offers five diamond dining, it doesn't get any better, and there are only six restaurants of this calibre in the whole of Canada.
